The Preservation Society of Newport County has announced tickets are now on sale for its annual Halloween and holiday celebrations at the Newport Mansions.

Champ Soleil, one of only nine intact estates remaining from Newport’s Gilded Age, has come to market with an asking price of $22 million.

Pivotal Brewing Company announced Tuesday on Instagram that it is looking to transition its Newport location to new ownership, just five months after fully opening.

Temporary snow fencing will be installed in coming weeks across several paths at Second Beach as part of an off-season sand preservation effort.
